Origin

Produced in Maiolati Spontini at 250–400 m a.s.l., from organically grown, hand-picked grapes. Each batch is vinified with care to preserve purity, fruit expression and varietal character.

Dealcoholization method

Alcohol is removed through a gentle, chemical-free process using membranes and natural direct osmosis. This preserves the wine’s aromas and structure while eliminating the alcohol completely, resulting in an elegant and balanced alcohol-free wine.
