ROOT is a family business founded by Maxim and Elena Merkulov, husband and wife, who left their office jobs in 2022 to move to the Marche region and pursue a common dream: creating their own farm. The vineyard and wine are their greatest passion, a choice of life authentic, shared and daily.
ROOT is born in the heart of Marche, among the hills of Maiolati Spontini, where the wine tradition intertwines with history, art and beauty. Our project is based on the passion for land, organic farming, and the desire to tell the Verdicchio in all its nuances, with a contemporary and innovative look.
