Wine is the result of three distinct souls, vinified separately:
50% from early harvest to capture acidity and freshness.
25% by maceration on the skins for 4 days.
25% by selection refined 12 months in steel ("reserve").
- After assembly, the blend rests 3 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes
With its bright straw-yellow colour, Lumen expresses a delicate and restrained profile. On the nose, notes of white flowers, green apple and aromatic herbs emerge, with a subtle hint of anise. The palate is taut and linear, supported by lively acidity and balanced salinity. The finish is clean, with a gentle almond note.
